Final report

We are preparing a cross-jurisdictional Final Assessment Report and separate Economy Profiles for each of the 38 economies covered by the Assessment. Our research is based on responses to the Assessment Questionnaire, review and analysis of national insolvency legislation and consultations with local law firms and stakeholders.

The overall scores for each economy will be published on an aggregate and anonymous basis as part of a Final Assessment Report. A Preliminary Assessment Report published in March 2021 sets out some initial cross-economy analysis based on unvalidated data received from responses to Questionnaires from September to November 2020.

Publication of the Final Assessment Report is scheduled for September 2021.
